DESCRIPTION:

• Join a dedicated team delivering world-class scientific expertise and customer support
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers optimize advanced technologies across multiple domains
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including product demonstrations hands-on training troubleshooting and technical consultation
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to support customer success
• Enable customers to achieve impactful scientific discoveries while building long-term relationships
• Contribute to business growth through strong technical engagement and support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry Biochemistry or related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and applications
• Strong experience in application/technical support across food environmental pharma or academic sectors
• Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations system configuration proposals tenders)
• Hands-on expertise in instrument demos sample analysis method development and validation
• Experience in customer training field support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams
• Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies workflows and industry standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific/data analysis software
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willing to travel (2550%)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to continuous learning and development
