Role Description and Expectations:

As PMO for APAC Corporate team you serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Head of Corporate & GROW in APAC ensuring the successful implementation of key growth initiatives business excellence and cross-functional alignment. This role requires a highly driven structured and execution-focused professional who can drive critical projects enhance decision-making and streamline matrix engagements internally and externally for the entire corporate segment.

Exceptional communication creative and strategic thinking presentation and writing skills with the highest level of integrity and commitment are needed in this position.

The PMO is responsible for driving the agenda of the Regional Head of corporate all external communications meeting qualifications and preparations as well as the central owner of all revenue-driving activities within the office including Executive visits and internal / external events. As PMO you will act as strategic advisor and coordinate strategic initiatives on the Corporate Head.

In this role you will also be responsible for exploring new areas of growth driving strategic initiatives and accelerating the alignment with our you will work closely with the Communications team to execute internal and external engagements for and on behalf of the Corporate Head.

This is a unique career opportunity for the PMO to gain a holistic understanding of SAP APAC as well as exposure to local/regional/global leaders and an appreciation of how SAP operates in different cultures.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan execute and moderate meetings presentations and selected events
  • Support in development of content for various occasions such as roadshows partner meetings and events and act as presenter and/or demo staff onsite
  • Support or lead strategic business initiatives aimed at improving collaboration between the different digital roles or process optimization to improve overall productivity e.g. stalled pipeline revival sales motions enhancements or opportunitiy qualification criteria
  • Work closely with the Corporate leadership team to orchestrate priorities manage key initiatives and collaborate with the market units and key partners to ensure efficient project management support and stakeholder management
  • Prepare different analyses and collect insights to accelerate informed decision-making across the organization.

What you bring:

  • Strong organizational planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex matrix organizations and drive results through influence as well as direct ownership.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives with strong judgment and political awareness in sensitive situations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking capabilities with the ability to navigate and leverage cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving mindsetstructured adaptable proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Collaborative hands-on working style with intercultural sensitivity and a team-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal); proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure while managing large volumes of work and information.
  • Good understanding of SAPs strategy organization and the broader IT industry.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional certifications in Project Management Leadership or Strategy are a plus.
