Senior Facilities Engineer, Global Workplace Services

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Operations & Management

• Lead planning and handson supervision of building equipment and facilities operations.
• Oversee the design lifecycle management and documentation of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systemsincluding schematics single-line diagrams and maintenance recordsand lead comprehensive EndofLife (EOL) replacement programs for key M&E assets through lifecycle assessment condition monitoring risk evaluation and timely upgrade planning to ensure reliability and operational continuity
• Ensure highquality workplace environments across cleanrooms labs and offices.
• Drive service excellence for shuttle bus pantry and soft services.
• Manage space allocation layout planning communication services and facilities expansion.
• Lead office access control & security with APAC Security team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards by partnership with APAC EHS team.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity programs.
• Manage portfolio KPIs space utilization and OPEX/CAPEX budget performance.
• Lead Singapores Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations.

Space Planning and Projects

• Develop longterm space roadmaps to support business expansion.
• Lead planning design and construction for new buildings remodeling cleanrooms and labs.
• Manage project tender processes project budgets schedules and execution.

Real Estate Management

• Oversee longterm real estate strategy and lease management for Singapore.
• Lead site selection lease negotiations and transaction execution.

Vendor Management

• Manage & oversee performance of contractors service providers and suppliers.
• Partner with Procurement to source and manage vendors aligned with corporate standards.

Data Analytics & Benchmarking

• Compile and analyze market data budgets and cost models to support OPEX/CAPEX and real estate decisions.
• Benchmark operational KPIs and service levels against industry standards.

Compliance & Programs

• Lead and support ISO 45001 programs.
• Manage regulatory audits and ensure full compliance with local requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related).
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in facilities management or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of energy auditing energy modelling and energy efficiency technologies.
• Handson experience with both mechanical & electrical systems.
• Experience in managing multiple sites or regional responsibilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including working with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial modelling for decisionmaking.
• Ability to travel up to 10-30% when necessary.
