Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Helper / Junior Technician (Denter/Fabricator) to join our team in Qatar. You will assist in daily workshop activities including denting fabrication and panel repair work. The ideal candidate should be physically fit eager to learn and capable of supporting skilled technicians in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Assist senior denters and fabricators with daily repair panel beating and fabrication tasks.
Tool Management: Prepare arrange and maintain required materials tools and equipment for the team.
Assembly Assistance: Hold and position parts during repair; assist in panel alignment and dent removal activities.
Fabrication & Welding: Provide basic support for welding and fabrication work as directed by the supervisor.
Workshop Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean and organized; assist in moving heavy panels or equipment.
Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all workshop safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: 1years of experience in a similar helper or junior technician role (Automotive workshop preferred).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of denting fabrication and common workshop tools.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and heavy lifting.
- Education: ITI or technical training is a significant advantage.

- Soft Skills: Willingness to learn discipline and a strong team-player attitude.
