About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate (Data & Audit) to join our finance team. This role combines financial data analysis with internal audit responsibilities ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across organizational processes. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical and auditing skills to support financial reporting risk management and data-driven decision-making within the organization.

This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to corporate finance operations internal controls and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial records operational processes and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and potential process improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present actionable recommendations to management.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory statutory and internal control requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Track document and resolve audit findings in a timely manner.
• Support risk management initiatives by identifying areas of exposure and recommending mitigating actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Statistics or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in financial analysis auditing or accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of financial principles audit procedures and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL and accounting software (e.g. Sage SAP QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
