Manufacturing Lead Plant Intern

• Assist in the planning of production testing sampling (work steps workflow production facilities measurments data collection and time allocation)
• Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions technical specification department reports
• Cooperation with other departments regarding the quality procurement or technical department
• Support in problem-solving and continuous improvements of manufacturing efficiency
• Assist in equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality
• Support with time schedules and production plans
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production and target achievements

Qualifications :

• Recent graduate or last year student of  Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Organizational Sciences Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy or similar field of study
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology and tools is considered an advantage
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
