Billing & Master Data Specialist
Job Summary
As part of our continued growth across Europe we are now looking for an O2C (Order-To-Cash) Billing & Master Data Specialist to join our operations at our Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Belgrade. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue processes compliant invoicing and strong audit readiness across our New Markets at TOMRA Collection.
As a Billing & Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for the endtoend billing cycle and the quality of financial master data that underpins TOMRAs revenue processes. You will ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time supported by clean and accurate customer contract and product data.
You will collaborate closely with Finance Customer Care and Market Support teams working in a structured international environment where accuracy compliance and continuous improvement are key.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly following installation ensuring contractual and SLA compliance
- Create complete invoice packs upload invoices to retailer portals and manage split billing where required
- Monitor payment terms manage the PO inbox and support OCR routing and reconciliation
- Maintain and update financial master data (customer product contract and process data) in ERP systems
- Ensure data accuracy completeness and compliance with GDPR and internal policies maintaining strong audit trails and documentation (EDM)
- Support SLA reviews and ensure contract correctness across billing processes
- Handle and resolve billing disputes escalating issues when needed and collaborating across functions to ensure timely resolution
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Order-to-Cash billing revenue operations or master data management
- A high level of attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Confidence working with ERP systems and financial data
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- The ability to collaborate across teams in an international environment
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a Shared Service Centre or multinational organisation
- Exposure to audit support compliance-focused roles or contract-based billing
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- 3 years experience in invoicing or accounts receivable with a solid understanding of endtoend AR processes
- Strong data quality mindset with care and consistency in maintaining accurate master data
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. IFS SAP Microsoft Dynamics Oracle) and confidence using Excel to support analysis and reporting
- Professional fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage
- Exposure to customer or retailer portals is a plus
- Detailoriented and organized comfortable working with controls documentation and collaborating across teams to get things right
