Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the leisure and sports sector. This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian (C1) and good working knowledge of English (B1).


Location: Office-based (with the possibility of Work From Home after training and nesting period)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (fixed schedule for now). In the future shifts may cover Monday to Saturday.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to leisure and sports products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.


Requirements:

  • Italian C1 level (mandatory).
  • English B1 level (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work office-based (possibility to work from home after training/nesting).
  • Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail.


What We Offer:

  • Base salary: 900 gross/month (x14 annual salaries according to Portuguese law).
  • Cash meal allowance: 132/month.
