WHAT YOULL DO:

• Take responsibility for the setup administration and maintenance of master records used across business processes.
• Ensure adherence to Data Governance standards and naming conventions.
• Manage supplier customer finance quality and manufacturing engineering master data.
• Support business consistency by following group guidelines and Master Data Management (MDM) quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensure highest degree of data quality (e.g. identify mismatches eliminate duplicates).
• Maintain and administer master records used across business processes:
• Supplier Master Data: Creation changes inactivation/blocking/activation across purchasing tools ERPs and related applications.
• Customer Master Data: Creation changes inactivation/activation.
• Finance Master Data: Maintain Chart of Accounts cost centres project data.
• Quality Master Data: Maintain IMDS material data sheets and BOM datasets.
• Manufacturing Engineering Data: Maintain item master data.
• Facilitate the supplier certification process and track compliance.

• Review and document supplier quality specifications.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Prior experience in a similar role/environment
• Effective communication intermediate English
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Teamwork-oriented
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Educational background in economics business or finance is preferred but not essential
