Job Summary

Responsible for the Design/supervision of Road/Highways in accordance with local and international standards using C3D design software.
Geometric Layout: Determining road geometry including horizontal/vertical alignments lane widths and sight distances to ensure vehicle stability and safety using DPWH local standard (for local projects) international standards like AASHTO for foreign projects.
Field works: Data gathering and site verifications of actual site conditions.
Highway Design reports: Preparation of Highway design and inspection reports.
Meetings: attend client meetings if requested.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Qualifications:

- Preferably at-least 8 years of experienced as Highway Designer

- License Civil Engineer

Skills / Knowledge

- Proficient in Road/Highway Design using C3D and Auto CAD software

- Knowledgeable with Local DPWH and AASTHO International standards for Highway Design
