We are looking for a Guest Service Center Supervisor (Telephone Operator).
As a Guest Service Center Supervisor (Telephone Operator) we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
- Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
- Provide a warm helpful and informative service over the phone
- Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
- Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
- Has a can-do attitude
- Is a self-starter
- Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
