Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator (with Graphic Design Expertise)

Job Summary:

Were seeking a Social Media & Content Creator with strong graphic design skills to manage our social media presence create engaging visuals and videos and deliver content that drives results. This role requires a balance of design expertise trend-awareness and strategic thinking to ensure our content is not just visually appealing but aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Branding
• Create high-quality graphics visuals and brand assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Social Media Management
• Plan create and publish content across Instagram LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content quickly while trends are still relevant.
• Build engagement through active community managementreplying commenting and driving conversations.
• Pinterest Strategy
• Create and optimize content tailored for Pinterest to increase reach engagement and conversions.
• Track performance and adjust strategies for growth.
• Content Creation
• Develop strategic content that supports business goals builds trust and encourages action.
• Write blogs SEO copy and captions that are engaging and optimized for search.
• Script film and edit polished video content for social media (including reels and talking videos).
• AI Integration
• Confidently use ChatGPT/AI tools to enhance content creation from ideation to copywriting.
• Time & Project Management
• Work proactively to stay 12 weeks ahead of schedule consistently meeting deadlines.
• Take ownership of projects bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the table

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in graphic design with strong knowledge of design terms and principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (non-negotiable).
• Experience managing Instagram LinkedIn and Pinterest content.
• Strong copywriting and SEO blog writing skills.
• Ability to write engaging scripts and create polished creative videos.
• Confident in using ChatGPT/AI tools for content creation.
• Excellent engagement and community-building skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work ahead of deadlines.
• Proactive creative and problem-solving mindset.
• Minimum 2 years of real-world experience in content creation social media or graphic design (not just academic work)
• A highly creative individual who genuinely loves content creation.
• Someone who is trend-aware proactive and confident in their ideas.
• A team player who can work independently and take initiative.
• A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
