Are you a seasoned sales professional passionate about forging strong partnerships and driving strategic growth Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Manila Philippines.

In this pivotal role youll be more than just a salesperson youll be a trusted partner. Youll identify exciting new business opportunities deepen relationships with key end customers and channel partners and ensure they unlock the full value of Axiss cutting-edge solutions.

What Youll Do:

  • Drive Growth:Develop strategic business plans and exceed sales targets for your focused accounts across the Philippines including key regions like Davao and Cebu.
  • Forge Partnerships:Collaborate closely with customers system integrators distribution channels and eco-system partners to craft and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Represent Axis:Actively participate in industry events seminars and promotional activities.
  • Empower Success:Train partners to build robust project pipelines and close impactful deals.
  • Report & Strategize:Provide timely sales reports that inform and drive our market expansion.

Who You Are:

Were looking for a highly driven self-motivated and ambitious individual who thrives on building relationships and overcoming challenges. You possess:

  • A strong technical background ideally with knowledge of networking IP-based/audio/bodyworn technologies.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and organizational skills able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to function efficiently both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to embrace change and take on new challenges.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales position preferably in indirect sales within the IT or Security industry.
  • Proven experience working with Consultants and Government segment customers is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical parameters for tender specifications is essential.
  • Experience with eco-system partners (software network & hardware) to stitch together comprehensive solutions.

This role requires occasional travel approximately one week per quarter to connect with customers and partners across the region.
