Job Summary
- Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition and report status if found defective and recommends necessary solutions for the problem.
- Implements the preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery including the auxiliaries strictly according to the hotel standards and the manufacturers recommendations.
- Provides prompt courteous and efficient engineering service while implementing standard procedures for guests.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the same capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills and technical strategies in engineering hotel equipment and MEPFS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.
