Job Summary
Were looking for a Bank Assistant Manager Operations to join our Retail Services team at MBPS. In this role you are expected to lead daily operations supervise a team of associates and ensure service levels quality and risk standards are consistently met.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily operations providing direction and coaching to onshore and/or offshore associates
- Manage workflows work volumes and service levels to ensure efficiency quality and productivity targets are met
- Communicate operational performance metrics and servicelevel status to internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to policies procedures and risk controls; support audit responses and riskmitigation initiatives
- Develop and engage team members through regular feedback performance management and employee engagement activities
- Support and lead operational projects process improvements and corporate initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated exemplary performance as a tenured associate
- Experience managing daily operations workflows and servicelevel delivery in a regulated or servicedriven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and reporting
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills when working with Compliance internal teams and impacted stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking financial services or insurance operations experience
- Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
- Exposure to audit risk management or control frameworks
- Experience in project leadership or processimprovement initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis metrics management and ad hoc reporting
