Warehouse Coordinator

• Must meet unit quality and productivity metrics.
• Complete and check paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Acts as primary contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
• Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
• Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution
• Manage all client requests and follow ups to ensure that client needs are met
• Out-of-hours work required once monthly covering time-sensitive evening night and weekend operational duties
• Responsible for managing client reports and assuring stock accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop kneel crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 20 kilograms and occasionally lift and/or move 20 kilograms by hand

Education & Experience

• Three years related experience preferred.
• Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
• Must have own transport and a full clean driving license
• Forklift certification preferable but not required
