What You Will Do
As a Reservation Agent Trainee you will be part of the Reservations team responsible for handling all guest bookings with the utmost attention to detail and personalized service. Learn and apply yield management principles and reservation strategies. This internship provides an opportunity to gain insight into the commercial operations of a luxury hotel focusing on guest communication revenue management principles and cross-departmental collaboration

For this internship you must be enrolled in a study program for which the internship is a required component Motivated to gain experience and learn within the chosen department Willing to work effectively in a dynamic environment Attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks A positive and dynamic team player Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management Committed to making the most of your internship.
