(Senior) Consultant Data Transformation & Migration

• Part of a small team working on data migration projects for large-scale organizations where you ensure smooth collaboration and effective delivery within the set timeframe.
• Play an active and critical role in gathering business requirements from the client and translating these into technical implementation steps.
• Develop yourself within a fast-growing team that enjoys helping companies with their (ERP) transformation journeys where you take responsibility for success and also act as a mentor to consultants.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation within data transformation and migration.
• Act as a senior for consultants supporting their professional development in the field of consultancy.
• Contribute to the development of the team by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions team activities or recruitment events.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of work experience in a relevant context (e.g. migration consultant technical consultant data engineer developer data analyst);
• Willingness to learn and improve technical skills;
• Affinity with ERP architectures (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365) data modeling and data management;
• Intrinsic motivation to work on large-scale complex projects;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java SQL Python DAX GitLab and other coding languages;
• Strong command of English spoken and written.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations.
