Job Summary

As a NIS2 Compliance Project Manager you will:

Lead and coordinate NIS2 compliance initiatives across IT security and business functions.
Translate regulatory requirements into structured project plans timelines and actionable workstreams.
Drive execution of security risk and compliance programs aligned with NIS2 and related frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment delivery and adherence to compliance objectives.
Monitor and manage risks dependencies and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate collaboration between IT security and business stakeholders.
Oversee governance reporting and audit-related activities.
Ensure accurate documentation compliance tracking and reporting standards are maintained.
Communicate project status risks and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive a results-oriented approach with focus on timely delivery and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in IT project management or program management roles.
Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with security risk and compliance frameworks (NIS2 ISO 27001 NIST).
Familiarity with governance models audit processes and reporting frameworks.
Experience working with stakeholders across IT security and business domains.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security compliance and collaboration capabilities.
Strong planning coordination and organizational skills.
Experience working in large international environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Structure complex regulatory requirements into clear and manageable project deliverables.
Manage and align stakeholders across multiple domains and organizational levels.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
