About the role

Youll work independently to run and optimise digital marketing campaigns generate leads and drive conversions for proven coaching programs that are already delivering results. Full training and systems are provided from day one.

Responsibilities

Develop and run campaigns across email social media and paid ads
Create content that drives awareness engagement and conversions
Nurture leads through targeted follow-ups and funnels
Analyse performance metrics and optimise for ROI
Collaborate with the team to scale whats working

What youll need

2 years of results-driven marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and self-management skills
Comfortable with WhatsApp or phone for initial screening
