We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join its Market Supply Operations team in Mexico.
This is a strategic role responsible for leading planning processes optimizing inventory levels and ensuring supply continuity across manufacturing warehousing and distribution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning Process :To lead Forecast process together with commercial prepare Master Planning Scheduling of production Material Requirement of Active Product Ingredient to our Manufacturing Sites and local Contract Manufacturing Operator
- Control and improve: To improve planning process in order to reduce UCB inventories for Raw Material and Finished Products at targeted levels.
- Key Performance Indicators: To measure main KPIs through the supply chain finished goods raw materials supply manufacturing warehousing and distribution.
- New Product Launches :To participate in the process in order to be involved and give follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the forecasting process in collaboration with the commercial team
- Develop Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Coordinate supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) with manufacturing sites and local CMOs
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives for raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor and improve key Supply Chain KPIs
- Participate in and support new product launches
- Balance supply and demand while ensuring compliance with commercial conditions
Requirements:
- 1-2 year of experience in warehousing and distribution preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
- 2 years in Production Planning
- Preferable experience with 3rd or 4th party logistics
- Leadership

- High level of internal and external customers communication

- To validate customer PO in line with commercial conditions (compliance)
