Sales Processes & Systems (Sales Ops Enablement)

  • Lead the design build and rollout of regional systems and automations needed.
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends competitor activities and sales data (KPIs) to develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements; coordinate IT Supply Chain Finance Sales Ops and local market teams through the full project lifecycle (planning development testing deployment hypercare).
  • Establish program governance (roadmap decision records) KPIs (e.g. forecast/production alignment ordertodelivery lead time allocation accuracy) and continuous improvement cadences.
  • Drive change management and capability building (training playbooks SOPs) to secure adoption and sustained benefits.
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies like advanced analytics/AI use cases (e.g. demand forecasting pilots) documenting outcomes and go/nogo recommendations.

Regional Fleet Program (EndtoEnd Customer Value Proposition)

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive Fleet program beyond the vehicle sale ensuring integrated value across Aftersales Finance Warranty Claims and Customer Care.
  • Standardize policies processes workflows and toolkits for fleet opportunities to ensure consistent execution by markets.
  • Monitor program performance identify gaps and execute corrective actions with market owners.

Global Key Accounts (GKA) Regional Interface & Execution

  • Act as the regional liaison with NML/Global Fleet to progress global agreements align regional sales strategies and consolidate multimarket reporting for GKA customers.
  • Coordinate with markets for pipeline health RFI/RFP support (within policy) and account planning to deliver crossborder value propositions and predictable supply/allocation scenarios.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely updates for global dashboards and executive readouts.

Market Operations & Policy Enablement

  • Map assess and optimize country sales operations processes in partnership with local teams; update Sales Policies and operating guidelines to reflect best practices and system capabilities.
  • Build knowledgesharing mechanisms (community of practice templates FAQs) and support readiness for internal reviews/audits.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

  • Lead recurring steerco and crossfunctional forums; synthesize insights for executive communications (status risks decisions outcomes).
  • Manage expectations across local markets regional leadership and global stakeholders balancing business priorities system constraints and timing.

Qualifications:

  • Program/Project Management: Proven ability to manage multimarket crossfunctional initiatives (planning governance risk change).
  • Process Excellence: Strong background in process mapping/optimization (Lean/continuous improvement mindset).
  • Business & Systems Acumen: Skilled at translating business requirements into system designs and working closely with IT/Analytics.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Clear structured communicator across all levels; effective in influence without authority.
  • Analytical Rigor: Datadriven decisionmaking; proficiency with KPIs dashboards and scenario analysis.
  • Customer Centricity: Focus on endtoend customer value (sales aftersales) and measurable outcomes.
  • Negotiation Awareness: Understanding of commercial levers and guardrails; supports markets while not owning local price/terms.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and timelines.

Working Conditions:

Availability to travel regionally as needed for key workshops deployments and stakeholder meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Experience:

  • Experience in Sales & Distribution and/or Sales Operations including regional project/program leadership and systems implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated success in fleet sales enablement and crossborder stakeholder coordination (regional global).
  • Experience collaborating with IT/Analytics and leading business change at scale.

Academic Background:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA strongly preferred (Mechanical Engineering MBA ideal).

Languages:

Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus depending on market interactions.
