Everyday this teamengagesand hiresqualified experienced candidates by building strong relationships and partnering closely with the business to understand evolving hiring needs.As their leader you will co-create and implement a talent attraction strategy that will strengthen our future pipelines for operative and staff roles in Mexico.

Coach develop and manage a team of recruiters to ensure consistent and effective business partnering across thearea.
Partnerwithbusiness leaders andhiring managersto understand their goalsanticipatetalent challenges andprovidestrategic guidance on the talent market and sourcing strategies to meet current and future needs.
Workwith our People & Communications team of HR Business Partners to support organizational design workforce planning and internal and external talent pipelining.
Collaborate with the Communications team to develop creative employer branding strategies and drivenew marketinginitiatives that reach more diverse candidate pools.
Drive the implementation and usage of Talent Acquisition processes tools platforms and AI technologies to improve efficiency and standardize or enhance current practices.
Manage relationships with recruitment vendorsassess Return onInvestmentand negotiate contracts and rates.
WhatWereLooking For
7 years of experience in talent acquisition including experience managing a team and working with recruitment contractors
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems LinkedIn talent marketing and other HR technologies
Has a strong understanding of recruiting processes laws and regulations and best practices in Mexico
Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including project and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Fluent in both Spanish and English

Annual Base Pay Range
The hiring range for this role is $906100 MEX $MEX. The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for the business strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at10% Target Incentive(50/50)based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
