Job Summary
Were looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support for Hotel Reservation to join our growing international team in Malaysia. If youre detail-oriented customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales team & resolve customer issues.
- Handle escalations and ensure accurate sales verification.
- Follow up on cases until resolution.
- Deliver professional high-quality customer service.
- Create a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Provide timely accurate support while adhering to SOPs.
What Were Looking For
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken written and reading)
- Bachelors degree Diploma or equivalent in any field
- Hotel/Reservation experience is required
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Active listener; able to handle inquiries and objections professionally
- Positive attitude adaptable and eager to learn
- Flexible with rotating shifts
- Willing to work at G-Tower Malaysia
