Job Descriptions:

• To support priority agency-related initiatives like Product and customer offer special service offer
• Inform remind and follow up with agent to address execution gaps surge demands and available dashboard FYC club membership and MDRT status.
• Deliver critical outside steady-sate BAU operations
• Support Zone in agency business planning activities

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 relevant years of experience
• Good knowledge of insurance sales & business development opportunity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong in customer services and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure multi-tasking and time coordination to cater for ad hoc request
• Proficient in Word Excel and Power Point
• Demonstrated with good professional presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Lesser experience will consider Senior Officer
