EB Operations Function Analyst Collateral Management Services

Collateral Management Services help clients source and mobilize their securities inventory rapidly efficiently and optimally to meet multiple collateral obligations. Our team is working in different locations: Poland Belgium Hong Kong and Singapore.

The CMS Operations Team:

• Investigate and follow-up on custody or Corporate Action events processed on Collateral positions including cash and securities realignment.
• Process collateral schedules/profile requests for draft and implementation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage timely and accurately control queries transaction processing (instructions input) and reporting generation.
• Work and consistently collaborate with various internal collaborators within Collateral Management Services and other operations teams to address service issues and customer concerns raised by clients.
• Support the Collateral client-facing team by addressing questions concerning operational procedures.
• Identify ways to improve our risk resilience as well as efficiency and productivity.
• Align with our SOP to ensure processes meet internal controls; suggest updates for any gaps.
