About the Role

As an Assistant Manager - Big Bay Cafe you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Bar and collaborate with the Chef on promotion menus budgets and staff training.
  • Lead and motivate the Team to deliver exceptional service aligned with Hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative ideas and recommending service enhancements.
  • Review guest feedback critique forms logbooks on operational issues and P&L statements.
  • Ensure all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned for prolong usage.
  • Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow-up on work order forms with the Engineering Team.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and apply the procedures concerning Hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures.

About You

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory level in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
  • Strong awareness of current market trends with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Business-oriented customer-oriented and outgoing team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
