Purpose: The Marketing Intern will support the Orthopaedics Marketing team in Hong Kong working across Joint Spine and Trauma platforms. This role provides handson exposure to the full orthopaedic value chain including product marketing surgeon education support sales enablement and crossfunctional coordination in a direct market.

You will be responsible for:

Product & Platform Marketing Support

• Support marketing activities for orthopaedic implants instruments and enabling technologies

• Assist in preparation of product launch materials sales tools and internal presentations

• Help maintain product information marketing assets and training materials on SharePoint

Surgeon Education & Clinical Support

• Support marketing preparation for surgeon education programs workshops and meetings

• Assist in compiling clinical materials agendas and postevent summaries

• Coordinate internally with Education Sales and Marketing teams

Commercial & Sales Enablement

• Support sales enablement activities such as toolkits campaign tracking and activity summaries

• Assist in basic analysis of marketing activities and execution status

• Help ensure marketing materials are accurate compliant and up to date

General Marketing Operations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on marketing assets

• Provide administrative and project support to the orthopaedics marketing team

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Undergraduate student in Marketing Business Biomedical Engineering Life Science or related disciplines

• Strong interest in medical devices industry

• Good communication skills in English; Cantonese is a strong advantage

• Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage.

• Organized detailoriented and comfortable working in a structured regulated environment

• Willing to learn and support crossfunctional teams
