Job Summary

Youll be integrated to IT Corporate Infrastructures team. Tasks under your responsibilities are:

Operate Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Operate wireless solution based on IT Policies
- Monitore and adjust infrastructure performance
Incident Management
- Acknowledge and categorize reported incidents
- Track incidents and escalate them as needed
Provide support to local teams
Advice users and managers on new deployed products and assure users satisfaction
Train IT and key users on these products
Write and update IT documentation

Network Expert :

WiFi Connectivity
Cloud Connectivity
Routing Connectivity

Security:

Firewalling
VPN IPSec / SSL

Qualifications :

Extreme Network device
Extreme Cloud IQ
Ekahau

3-5 years experience
English (meetings reports and corporate communication are only in English)
Provide technical expertise on wireless network aspect during IT implementation projects
