- Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently starting from job posting and advertising screening and interviewing as well as managing good collaborations with hiring managers.
- Enhancing the companys employer brand by promoting a positive image of the organization maintaining prudent processes including engaging content for social media attending job fairs and participating in community events.
- Utilizing recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of hiring strategies. This includes tracking time-to-fill cost-per-hire and candidate quality to make data-driven decisions.
