Appointment Setter

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven confident and fully bilingual Appointment Setter with a strong American accent to join our growing sales team at Deal Flow. You will be the first point of contact for potential clientsinitiating conversations qualifying prospects and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role that blends communication skills with grit. We are looking for mature self-motivated professionals who bring a positive attitude to the team environment.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone email and LinkedIn.
• Engage and qualify leads in both English and Spanish.
• Set high-quality appointments for Account Executives.
• Track all activity in our CRM.
• Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (calls bookings show rate).

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required).
• Strong American accent with excellent spoken English.
• 1 year in sales or appointment setting (preferably in SaaS or tech).
• High Level of Maturity: We are looking for good people who are coachable and do not require babysitting.
• Positive Attitude: A strict requirement for a non-toxic supportive mindsetno negative attitudes or cancers to the environment.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
