Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel
English fluent
Czech - fluent
Driving licence
HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Be the main contact for retailers and dealers via phone email and messaging platforms
Answer questions about products availability pricing and order status
Support technical and service related topics and resolve complex or escalated cases
Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and after sales support
Monitor stock backorders and deliveries and communicate updates
Collaborate closely with other departments e.g. Sales Logistics Finance Market Developers and Rider Care
Work with systems like Oracle Salesforce B2B/B2C portals Teams and Confluence
