The Role

Depending on the role and team positions are typically based in either our London or Dublin offices operating on a hybrid working model (typically 2 days in-office depending on the team).

What youll be doing

While responsibilities will vary depending on the role successful candidates in our teams typically:

• Contribute to team and company goals by delivering high-quality work in their area of expertise
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
• Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Build strong relationships with customers partners or internal stakeholders
• Develop a strong understanding of AccountsIQs products customers and market
• Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced scaling environment

What youll need

• Relevant experience or interest in one of our core areas (e.g. Sales Marketing Product Engineering Finance)
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Curiosity about how you can add value and make an impact

Whats the hiring process
