Job Summary
The role of the Multitask Attendant (MTA) is to work as part of a team in the delivery of high quality person centred direct and indirect care to patients/ residents/ service users under the direction of qualified nursing/other designated officer.
To provide direct and indirect day-to-day care for residents. Support the provision of a high quality hygienic and customer focused service including:
Assisting Nurses and healthcare staff in caring for residents.
Use a person-centred approach to high quality resident care.
Provide high standards in housekeeping catering laundry portering or general duties as assigned.
Promote service user choice and independence.
Complete the relevant documentation as required as part of the role.
Adhere to HSE policies and procedures
