As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team you will design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. Job responsibilities

• Execute software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting

• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems

• Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development

• Gather analyze synthesize and develop visualizations and reporting from large diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications

• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies

• Add to team culture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respect

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and minimum 3 years applied experience

• Applied back-end software development experience with industry leading software like Java Sprint Boot

• Experience developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages

• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD application resiliency and security

• Practical cloud native experience with AWS

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies

• Experience with Adobe Target

• Experience working with databases
