Job Summary

Role based in Finland - Rotation plan available

Fohntech Group are looking for an experienced MEP Project Director for a client based in Finland

This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all MEP systems on hyperscale data centre projects ensuring safety quality programme and client requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

Lead MEP delivery across design procurement installation commissioning and handover
Manage contractors consultants and vendors
Oversee critical systems (power cooling BMS/DCIM)
Ensure compliance with Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards
Drive programme cost and risk management
Lead commissioning and client handover

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
5 years MEP experience on large-scale projects
Strong data centre or mission-critical experience
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Hyperscale client experience
Nordic project experience
LEED/BREEAM knowledge
