glazing and aluminium fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer quotations and orders for windows and doors across both domestic and commercial glazing systems

Provide advice to customers over the phone regarding suitable product options and technical specifications

Work towards set KPIs within the estimating and processing teams

Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estimating and processing departments

This role offers exposure across multiple departments making it ideal for someone seeking fast-track career development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic dedicated and eager to learn. You should demonstrate:

Excellent memory and retention skills with the ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly

A proactive fast-paced approach to work maintaining efficiency without compromising accuracy

Strong ability to learn new systems processes and technical product information

A solid academic background (strong GCSEs A-Levels or a recent graduate)

A positive can-do attitude and willingness to support multiple teams as required
