Panel Beater (Quality-Focused Bodyshop No Bonus Pressure)

MondayFriday 38 Hours No Weekends

Were working with a well-established forward-thinking bodyshop that does things properly.

This is not a high-volume insurance-driven environment. The focus here is simple:
Do the job right first time.

If you take pride in your work and prefer quality over rushing jobs through for bonus targets this will suit you.

The Role

• Panel repairs on a range of modern vehicles including hybrid and EV

• Work on both cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)

• Around 15 jobs per week across the workshop no unrealistic workloads

• Focus on accuracy finish and customer satisfaction

What Youll Get

• 38-hour week (MondayFriday)

• Flexible start/finish options (typically between 7:30am 5:30pm)

• No weekends

• 30 days holiday including bank holidays

• Christmas shutdown (approx. 10 days off using only 4 holiday days)

• Quarterly company-paid social events

• Full PPE and ongoing training provided

The Workshop

• Modern facility working mainly on newer vehicles
