This is a full-time position focused on the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR). The successful HR Officer will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department with an approachable and supportive School Business Manager. Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR role ideally within an educational or public sector setting
Be an enthusiastic discreet and highly organized professional
Have excellent knowledge of safer recruitment practices and employment law
Strong IT skills and experience with HR management systems
Legal ability to work within the UK
