We are looking for a SENCO to lead the Special Educational Needs provision within a highly prestigious grammar school based in Leeds. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing the EHCP process coordinating support for high-achieving students with additional needs and managing a dedicated team of specialists. The successful SENCO will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department with an approachable and supportive senior leadership team. Experience and Qualifications

• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) is essential

• Be an enthusiastic inspiring leader with high academic standards

• Have excellent subject knowledge regarding the SEND Code of Practice and Access Arrangements

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)

• Legal ability to work within the UK
