We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join an Outstanding secondary school in Luton. This is a vital role supporting student engagement and ensuring high levels of attendance.
The successful candidate will monitor attendance analyse trends and work closely with pastoral teams to improve outcomes. You will liaise with parents and support students in maintaining consistent attendance.
This role requires excellent communication skills strong data handling ability and a proactive approach.
