We are seeking a diligent and proactive Admin Assistant to join a friendly support staff in Dudley. We are looking for an individual who can handle the day-to-day clerical tasks of a modern school with efficiency helping to ensure that our students and staff have everything they need to succeed in a safe and organized environment.
Core Responsibilities
Clerical Support: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance across the school including filing photocopying scanning and managing departmental post.
Data Entry & Maintenance: Updating and maintaining student and staff records on school databases such as SIMS Arbor or Bromcom ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with GDPR.
Reception & Enquiries: Assisting the front-office team during peak times answering phone calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries from students parents and local residents.
Resource Coordination: Managing the inventory of office and classroom supplies placing orders when necessary and ensuring that curriculum materials are organized and accessible.
Document Preparation: Drafting letters to parents creating student reports and formatting school documents to ensure a professional and consistent standard of communication.
Meeting Support: Assisting in the coordination of staff meetings and parents evenings including the preparation of agendas sign-in sheets and basic minute-taking where required.

Candidate Profile
