The Role
The school is seeking an imaginative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to deliver high-quality engaging lessons. You will be responsible for fostering a love for visual expression across a broad range of media including drawing painting printmaking and mixed media.
At KS3 you will focus on building foundational skills and art history knowledge while at KS4 you will guide students through their GCSE portfolios encouraging individual themes and high-level technical execution. Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A strong degree in Fine Art Design or a related creative field
Proven experience teaching Art & Design at KS3 and KS4
A diverse personal portfolio demonstrating high-level technical skill
Ability to inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds
