We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join a dynamic secondary school in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and supporting teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring that digital resources are fully functional across the school. You will provide day-to-day support to staff and students and contribute to ongoing IT development projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and students
Maintain IT systems hardware and software
Support classroom technology
Manage user accounts and access
Assist with IT upgrades and projects
Ensure network security

Requirements:
IT qualification or relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
School experience (desirable)
