Centuro Global is seeking a builder to architect the people infrastructure for a high-performance organization. You will define the standards for hiring developing and retaining talent during a period of rapid international scaling. This role focuses on driving commercial accountability implementing robust performance frameworks and embedding a culture of speed and ownership.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building or transforming people functions within a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.

• Expert at implementing HRIS and performance tracking systems that drive measurable improvements in team efficiency and output.

• Commercially-minded leader who is comfortable enforcing high standards and managing complex organizational changes during rapid scaling phases.
