About the role:
Thats right this isnt just about swan towels or spotless bathtubsthis role is all about leading the team that makes it happen. As Housekeeping Supervisor youll oversee the day-to-day running of our housekeeping operations ensuring our outrageously comfortable king-size beds are perfectly made our design-led super-efficient bathrooms are consistently spotless and our 74 cleverly designed rooms corridors and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Youll support train and motivate the team carry out inspections and make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenespitching in when needed and setting the standard every step of the way.

This a part time role up to 16 hours per week consisting of 2 supervisor shifts with the possibility of an additional housekeeping shift. To be successful you must be free to work Sundays.

Shift Patterns: 6am -1pm OR 10am-3pm

Rate of pay: 13.84 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 months experience in a similar supervisory role
• Excellent Communication presentation and Interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• A keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Must be able to work Sundays
