Front of House
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a number of vibrant experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Practice Managers with roles due to start in May.
Your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities: primarily you will be responsible for assisting our patients with enquiries and appointments. You will meet and greet patients with a clear and friendly telephone voice a welcoming face to face reception and efficiently deal with their enquiry. You will follow up any email enquiries in a timely manner and ensure that any tasks handed over to covering admin staff are communicated concisely to prevent any delays in correspondence with patients.
As aPractice Managerwe are looking for someone who is organised proactive detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently. An ability to communicate clearly lead by example and build strong relationships with both team and patients. To take ownership and show a my clinic attitude ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining high standards.

Job description:
- As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person youare personally responsible for providing a 1stClass Customer Service to our patients.
- Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
- You will support the Clinic Director in running the clinic on a day to day basis.
Salary:
- Starts at 29000
Experience:
- Minimum 3/4 years Front of House experience (essential)
- Experience in private healthcare preferred
- Experience using our booking system TM3 would be highly desirable
- Familiarity with Google Workspace would be beneficial
- Experience handling payments and processing transactions
Location:
- London (South West & City)
This role is 37.5hrs per week. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
