Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team in our Golf Course Catering units.

Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:

Our Halfway Huts provide our golfers a mid-course break during their round to grab a quick drink and snack. Your role as Food & Beverage Assistant will be to ensure they get what they need quickly and efficiently so they can recharge before re-joining the course. To enable this your responsibilities will be:

• The preparation and service of all food and beverages in both courses Halfway Huts.
• Be knowledgeable of all Food & Beverage available in Halfway Huts.
• Greet guests warmly take orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks in a busy golf environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Halfway Huts including inside and the surrounding outside areas and seating.
• Handle payments process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
• Ensure the Halfway House you have been allocated is maintained at the highest possible standard

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
