About the role:
Join Ipsos Karian and Box a focused community of employeeexperience experts as an Insight Analyst supporting employee listening programmes for FTSE100 and other major clients. Youll analyse quantitative and qualitative data identify patterns and hypotheses and translate results into narrativeled reports clear visualisations and practical recommendations. Daytoday work includes preparing datasets running advanced analyses (sampling segmentation regression) creating storyled outputs in DisplayR/other visual tools and presenting findings in client workshops. Youll collaborate closely with data scientists insight colleagues designers and project managers to shape research outputs and influence strategic decisionmaking. This role offers handson technical work direct client engagement and exposure to varied projects across a boutiquestyle team with the resources and reach of a global research business.
About you:
- Strong analytical thinker with experience turning employee research data into actionable insights and business narratives.
- Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative datasets and explaining complex analysis in a digestible way.
- Skilled in data visualisation and report design to create engaging narrativeled outputs.
- Proficient in R (and/or other statistical tools) and advanced Excel; experience with DisplayR desirable.
- Experienced in employee listening programmes or related employee experience research.
- Proactive collaborative team player who works well with data scientists designers and project managers.
- Proficiency in AI use and adoption to speed analysis synthesis and improve client deliverables.
- Resilient solutionsfocused and motivated to learn and progress.
Essential skills:
- Excellent analytical numerical and problemsolving skills.
- Practical experience with quantitative analysis (sampling segmentation regression) and qualitative synthesis.
- Proficiency in R and advanced Excel for data preparation and analysis.
- Ability to create clear engaging visualisations and narrativeled reports (DisplayR experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to stakeholders.
- Experience working on employee listening programmes or organisational research projects.
- Familiarity with working in multidisciplinary teams and translating analysis into practical recommendations.
- Proficiency in AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
Desirable skills:
- Advanced degree in a related discipline (e.g. Psychology Statistics Organisational Behaviour).
- Experience using DisplayR or similar reportbuilding platforms.
- Prior exposure to FTSE100 or large corporate clients and stakeholder workshops.
- Knowledge of CRM/client management systems and working in matrixed environments.
- Experience applying advanced analysis techniques beyond basics (e.g. predictive models clustering).
- Track record of contributing to programme design or proposition development.
- Experience working alongside data scientists and integrating their outputs into clientready narratives.
