Position Summary
The Global Associate Relations team supports Marriotts worldwide Associate Relations function across the US/Canada international Continents and MIHQ. This role is a key member of the global HR team and partners closely with leadership to advance a consistent proactive approach to associate relations compliance and risk mitigation.

The Senior Manager Global Associate Relations & HR Compliance plays a pivotal role in shifting the function from reactive to datadriven and proactive leveraging analytics dashboards and trends to inform enterprisewide risk mitigation strategies. The role also supports the intake assignment and remediation of ethics compliance and associate relations concerns globally while promoting positive workplace culture and compliance with employment laws and HR policies.

  • Role Type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact with Continent and HQ Associate Relations teams to drive consistent data reporting and case management practices.
  • Partner with HR Technology and Data Analytics teams to define metrics and support the development of dashboards for risk identification and mitigation
  • Support automation of Associate Relations and HR Compliance workstreams including case intake assignment and reporting processes.
  • Analyse global and regional Associate Relations trends and prepare regular insights and reports for senior leaders.
  • Support Associate Relations reporting and presentations for the US/Canada HR leadership community.
  • Develop and adapt training communications and proactive initiatives based on data insights and emerging risks.
  • Partner closely with global continent and MIHQ Associate Relations leaders to align on initiatives training needs and communications.
  • Undertake Associate Relations investigations where global leadership involvement is required.
  • Support ethics and compliance case intake and assignment across international regions ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.
  • Measure program effectiveness track outcomes and drive continuous improvement across Associate Relations initiatives.
  • Experience working in global Associate Relations and HR Compliance environments.
  • Proven background managing complex Associate Relations cases and investigations.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR environment.
  • Experience using data analytics tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
  • Knowledge of ethics and compliance case management systems (e.g. Navex EthicsPoint) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into targeted actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including clientready presentations for senior leaders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Comfortable operating in fastpaced ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Passionate about driving change through communication awareness and proactive initiatives



Candidate Profile
Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR environment.
